Where are your products shipped from, and how do I track my order?

All ProRivet orders are packed and dispatched directly from our domestic distribution center located at 2302 Foster Ave., Wheeling, IL 60090, USA. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email (FedEx, UPS, or freight carrier) to monitor your delivery status in real time.

How do I initiate a return or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
